The Federal Bureau of Prison - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50220Q0000017 the provision of Miscellaneous Goods. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards for this provision. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 322220. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Miscellaneous Goods are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705. Estimated delivery date will be April 15, 2020. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2020, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about February 26, 2020. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered for an award.
