The Federal Bureau of Prison - Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas, intends to issue Solicitation 15B50219Q00000021 the provision of Miscellaneous Goods. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards for this provision. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 322220. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Miscellaneous Goods are to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located at 5980 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705. Estimated delivery date will be July 15, 2019. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors only. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the statement of work. The solicitation will be available on or about May 28, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
