The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Vocational Training Services - Various Courses for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located in Beaumont, Texas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 - Junior College (Size Standard: $20,500,000). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of one year base period with four one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work (12 programs). The solicitation will be made available on Thursday, July 18, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the provision of Vocational Training Instructor(s) - Various/Courses for the Federal Correctional Complex located in Beaumont, Texas. The contractor will provide Vocational Training Instructors(s) in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The Government anticipates requiring 240 sessions per course per year. A session is defined as one hour. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
