This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for commercial bread products for FCI Bastrop's First Quarter FY 2027. Award will be made on a best-value basis, evaluating technical conformity, past performance, and price, with technical conformity and past performance significantly more important than price. Performance location is FCI Bastrop's Food Service Warehouse in Bastrop, Texas, with FOB destination pricing including all transportation. Products must meet detailed specifications, including a six-month shelf life for shelf-stable items, temperature requirements for refrigerated and frozen goods, and palletized delivery; deliveries are accepted only on Monday mornings. Noncompliant products must be removed by the contractor within 14 calendar days of notification.
