The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for all equipment, labor, materials, and management to supply and install an upgrade building energy management system at the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Grand Prairie Office Complex (GPOC), located at 346 Marine Forces Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 (Size Standard: $15,000,000). This solicitation is being issued as a small business set aside. The Government contemplates awarding of a firm fixed price purchase order. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry, the Statement of Work, and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
