The services will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons within secure perimeter of the facility, located at the Federal Prison Terre Haute, In. The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual who submits the lowest quote to the Government based on lowest price technically acceptable and best value. The performance contract period will be 60 calendar days. Please see the attached statement of work for exact details and qualifications. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on August 2, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the SAM.GOV. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on August 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EST. Additionally, a Site visit is scheduled for August 16, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. At FCC Terre Haute, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47802. All interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend in order to assess scope of work requested. Although encouraged to attend, this site visit is not mandatory to quote the solicitation. Contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. Contractors should include their unique identity number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
