The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, IN, is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation RFQ 15B41822Q00000014 for the provision of LCP – Facilitator Services. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a requirements contract with a firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual based on Price, Past Performance and meets the requirements per the Statement of Work. The Credentials of Religious Services Contractor BOP form BP-A0778 and the Business Questionnaire must be completed along with the RFQ and submitted to mpgibson@bop.gov by the closing date, June 3, 2022. The contract base period will be from the months of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 with a possibility of four (4) option years. The contractor will provide up to 30 estimated hours each week of religious instruction. A session is defined as one (1) hour per day.
