The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, IN, is issuing combined synopsis solicitation RFQ 15B41820QVJ240019 for the provision of LCP – Values and Responsibility Guide. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a requirements contract with a firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual who submits Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in addition to Past Performance and meets the requirements per the Statement of Work. The Credentials of Religious Services Contractor BOP form BP-A0778 and the Past Performance questionnaire must be completed along with the RFQ and submitted to mpgibson@bop.gov by the closing date, June 29, 2020. The contract period will be from months October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2025. The contractor will provide up to 30 estimated hours each week of religious instruction. A session is defined as one (1) hour per day. Please see the attached statement of work for exact details and qualifications. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on May 15, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. Contractors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees DUNS number into the SAM database. The acquisition is restricted to Total Small Businesses.
