The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, IN. is issuing a single award solicitation 15B41820Q00000004, for the requirement of: Quarterly Fresh Produce delivered weekly to FCC Terre Haute, IN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is reserved for small business set-aside. This solicitation will be FOB Destination with a preferred delivery day of Tuesdays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, IN. 47802. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. All responsive offerors must respond via email to bkeim@bop.gov with quotes using the attached specification sheet and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 28, 2020 5:00 PM EST. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at beta.sam.gov.
