Evaluations will be based upon pricing, ability to meet required specifications, past performance, and socio-economic status. Greater emphasis will be placed upon past performance, specifically past timely delivery, or cancellations. In addition to your price, if your quantities such as case count differ from what is posted, please do the calculations to match what your price would be as if you were delivering what is posted also post your actual case count. If the calculations are not done, your line item bid price will not be accepted. A single award will be made for all items, bidders not bidding on all items will be considered non-responsive. Bids must be signed and can be emailed to cjoshua@bop.gov. Bids that are not signed or that are submitted after the closing of this solicitation will not be accepted. Included in the attachments is an NCIC Release form to be provided and completed by the delivery driver for entrance clearance for delivery. This is to be submitted to the Food Service Department after the award is made and not along with the bid.
