The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Milan located in Milan, Michigan, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination with a delivery date estimated to be before July 31, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Milan – Food Service Warehouse, 4004 East Arkona Road, Milan, Michigan 48160. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 19, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 3, 2020, at 2:00 pm. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
