The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 515210. Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 4004 E. Arkona Rd, P.O. Box 9999, Milan, MI 48160. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs.
