This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 311991/311999. Deliveries will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, 4004 E. Arkona Rd, P.O. Box 9999, Milan, MI 48160 between April 5, 2019 and April 19, 2019. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 8, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
