This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has future requirements for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for federal offenders at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Milan, Michigan. Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, Outpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Institution (On-Site Physician) Services. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 (Size Standard: $38.5 million). It is anticipated that the contract period will consist of a base year from date of award (DOA) through 12 months from DOA, with four 12-month option periods for renewal. A Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide these services may be developed, and a contract may or may not result. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse or pay a respondent for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A Market Survey Questionnaire is included and responses are due on or before June 29, 2018. All future information about the acquisitions, including solicitations and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding the potential acquisitions. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Milan, Michigan. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient physician and facility services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12-month Option Years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows: Inpatient Days: 113 estimated days, Outpatient Visits: 211 estimated visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about August 24, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov.
