The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this solicitation for FY25 Quarter 3 Food Service. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the RFQ. Important Information: Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov. The Solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on March 7, 2025. All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by March 17, 2025, no later than 7:30 AM Central Standard Time. Delivery and Award Information: Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the signed SF1449 issued by the Contracting Officer. The Expected delivery times will be april 1st 2025 through april 15th 2025. Additional Information: Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes on an equal basis with other organizations for contracts for which they meet the eligibility requirements.
