The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Small and Large Dialyzer for the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners located in Springfield, Missouri. The contract will be requirements type with the period consisting of only a base period with the Effective Date of Award intended to be August 1, 2023, thru July 31, 2024. The Description of Requirement is, 16500, EA; Small Dialyzer which meets or exceeds the specifications listed in Section 2.2 Description of Requirement, 3500, EA; Large Dialyzer which meets or exceeds the specifications listed in Section 2.2 Description of Requirement. The solicitation will be available on or about May 17, 2023, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Contract Opportunities website at sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must register at sam.gov. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is May 31, 2023, 1:00 P.M. CT, however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to the solicitation (1449 -Block #08) for the actual date quotations are due. The North American Industry Classification System code for this solicitation is 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is unrestricted, and all qualified offerors may submit quotes. The anticipated date of award is on or about June 14, 2023, with an effective date of award of August 1,2023. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All offerors must be actively registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
