All quotations are due by Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 8:00 a.m., Central Time. ALL VENDORS SHALL CAREFULLY READ THIS SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND ENSURE ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND INFORMATION PROVIDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY EXCLUDE YOU FROM COMPETITION. 1)Complete blocks 12, 17, 30a, and 30b, on the Standard Form 1449Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. 2)This solicitation includes all line items. Please provide pricing beginning on page 4 for each line item that has a requested quantity of one or more for this quarter. 3)Provide case qty/weight and type where requested or if different than what is listed for each line item for evaluation purposes. 4)Sign and return the Delivery Information form attached to this solicitation with your quote. 5)Provide your Duns and Bradstreet number / UEI in block 17a. 6)Before providing a quote, ensure you can adhere to the delivery schedule and meet all specification requirements of the solicitation package if award is made.
