The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract. The Government will award to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The solicitation will be available on or after November 18, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/.
