The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Butner, NC. The physical address is United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (USMCFP), 1900 West Sunshine, Springfield, Missouri 65807. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual who submits the lowest quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year with an effective date on October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020 with four 12-month option years for renewal. The forthcoming Statement of Work will provide all the details regarding the required services for the estimated sixty eight (68) Domestic Shipments, six (6) International Shipments, five (5) Basic Embalming, sixty eight (68) Cremations and six (6) Local Funerals.
