It will be steam heated with the steam coils rat... FCI Sandstone is requesting a vender to provide one commercial steam dryer with a capacity of 170 lbs. The dryer shall have self-cleaning lint screens. It will be steam heated with the steam coils rated at a minimum of 100 PSI. It will have dual digital controls that can set drying time 0 to 60 minutes, cool down 0-15 minutes and the temperature to high, medium, low and no heat. The reversing cylinder shall be galvanized or stainless steel. The dryer’s exterior shall be white. The width shall not exceed 53 and 1/8 inches, the depth shall not exceed 69 and 1/8 inches and the height shall not exceed 94 inches due to installation location. We have a loading dock and equipment to assist in the unloading of the dryers. The dryer will be delivered to: FCI Sandstone 2300 County Rd 29 Sandstone, MN 55072 All quotes must be submitted to Jacob J. Polk at j3polk@bop.gov. FCI Sandstone Staff will install the electrical and plumbing connections. The Electrical requirements shall be 208/60 hertz/3 phase. The steam inlet shall be ¾” NPT and the steam outlet 1” NPT. The air outlet diameter shall be 12”. All quoters shall provide a technical brochure for FCI Sandstone’s evaluation. The evaluation for this procurement is technically acceptable, best price, with an overall best value determination. Any quotations shall also include any and all warranty information. Any terms herein are considered industry standard.
