The Federal Correctional Institution, Sandstone, Minnesota intends to issue solicitation 15B41324Q00000004 for the purchase of 1 each 60’Lx30’Wx15’H Steel Quonset building to be utilized for bulk salt and sand storage purposes. This solicitation is open to businesses business under NAICS 238120. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price type contract from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Evaluation will be lowest price technically acceptable along with past performance evaluations. Pricing will be FOB destination. The combines synopsis will be available on or about February 23, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's SAM web site at http://www.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.
