The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the need for a single award indefinite delivery / requirements type contract with firm fixed prices to a responsible post-secondary, vocational training or industry-based school. This services contract will be provided to the inmate population at Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Sandstone, located in Sandstone, MN and intends to issue solicitation 15B41320Q00000012. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered the most advantageous to the Government based on best value. The solicitation will be available on or about April 13, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration beta SAM.Gov website at https://beta.sam.gov. FCI Sandstone is a Federal Correctional facility (FCI) located at 2300 Co. Rd 29, Sandstone, MN 55072. The Statement of Work for this contract will be uploaded with the solicitation. The awarded contract holder will be responsible for administering applicable training. The program is required to be from an accredited school or the Instructor accredited / certified by an accredited school or institution. The instructor(s) must be also have successfully completed a certificate program in a Dog Obedience Training Program. Quoters will be required to provide a copy of all diplomas and / or certificates to support stated qualifications. Work during the duration of this contract will be in and around a correctional environment. Specifics on the work schedule will be found in the Statement of Work. Hard copies of the solicitation will be distributed solely through the beta SAM.Gov website. All future information regarding this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
