This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 311511. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price type contract from this solicitation. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Pricing will be FOB destination. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fbo.gov.
