STATEMENT OF WORK FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT-DAIRY CONTRACT SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall deliver required items once per week to FMC Rochester. Considering all items are potentially hazardous and require refrigeration, FMC Rochester holds the right to reject any items to be found above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Milk items must have a “Use-By/Expiration Date” of no less than two (2) weeks from date of delivery. Email orders will be sent weekly to the vendor with required items to be delivered the following week. In the event an email is not sent to the vendor, the vendor will ship the same quantities as requested the prior week. Deliveries will occur before 11 a.m. on day of delivery, and delivery day will be the same every week. All quantities are estimated quantities and do not imply a guaranteed amount ordered through the 6 month period. Estimated quantities are given to provide the bidders a general idea of what quantities the institution anticipates requiring.
