Dear Vendor: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FMC Rochester, MN is issuing a solicitation for a single award based off RFQ 15B41221Q00000005 for the provision of Medical Grade Oxygen (Liquid and Compressed) to be performed at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Rochester, Minnesota. The contract will consist of a base plus four option year periods. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325120 with a small business size of 1000 employees. The solicitation will be set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on April 16, 2021 and will be distributed solely through the sam.beta.gov website.
