1st QTR FY 27 Halal RFQ
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Pekin, IL, seeks Certified Halal subsistence line items for 1st Qtr FY 27 under a firm-fixed-price contract, with FOB Destination delivery to the Food Service Warehouse at 2600 S. Second St., Pekin, IL 61554. Delivery is required October 19–30, 2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. The notice lists Halal line-item unit prices from $4.36 to $5.34 and a referenced contract award of $23,219.76, including Kosher and Halal line items. The Government may make single or multiple awards, may not award a menu item, and will evaluate price, product quality, and past performance, with willingness to pay more for better quality.
