The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract will consist of a base year plus four options year periods with 192 sessions per year. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621320 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Government's official website at www.beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
