The Federal Bureau of Prisons ? Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Mobile Radiology and Mammography Services for the inmate population at the FCI Pekin, located in Pekin, Il. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The estimated number of sessions is 4 MRI sessions per year consisting of a minimum of eight (8) inmates and a maximum of fifteen (15) inmates. The estimated number of sessions for Mammography is four (4) per year with a session consisting of a minimum 30 inmates and a maximum of 40 inmates. A schedule will be determined between the Health Services Administrator and the contractor after award. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about March 3, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov.
