The Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution Pekin, IL intends to make a single award for the provision of water testing services for the water supply at FCI/FPC Pekin. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The estimated number of sessions will be twelve (12) sessions for the base year and each of the option years. A session is defined as one (1) month of testing. The contract period shall consist of one twelve month base year and up to four twelve month option periods. This requirement will be a set aside for small business. All other other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about October 7, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
