LIMITED SOURCE JUSTIFICATION for WELDING BOOTH SYSTEMS. Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a) and the Bureau of Prisons Acquisition Policy (BPAP) Part 6.304(a), the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) at FCI Oxford, has determined that the procurement of a Welding booth system, meets the criteria established for limited source justification. It is further determined that only one responsible source is capable of providing the supplies required and is a logical follow-on to the existing virtual welders.
