The Government reserves the right to make formal SINGLE AWARDS. The award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) who submit(s) the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors and past performance. The solicitation will be available on or about November 20, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
