This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination and delivery dates will begin January 2, 2019 through January 24, 2019. Deliveries will be made to: United States Penitentiary Marion, Illinois 4500 Prison Road Marion, Illinois 62959 The contract type is a firm-fixed price contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The Government reserves the right to make formal SINGLE OR MULTIPLE AWARDS. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offers, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be available on or about November 20, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
