The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Dental Services: Dentist and Dental Assistant for inmates at the United States Penitentiary (USP) Marion, Illinois. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561320 (Size Standard: $30,000,000). This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The Government contemplates awarding of a contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is January 1, 2020. The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through 12 months from EDOA with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. There is an estimated quantity of 1,440 sessions/hours per option year for the Dentist and 1,440 sessions/hours per option year for the Dental Assistant. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 17, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
