This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of dairy, milk, delivered weekly to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026. The local food service administration will contact you weekly, regarding quantities required for the upcoming week. Items required: see attached spreadsheet. Milk delivered in anything OTHER than a refrigerated truck will be REJECTED. Any milk that does not temp below 41 degrees will be REJECTED. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards) Period of Performance: January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026 See the attached spreadsheet and quote sheet. Vendors shall submit both only to: Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, E-mail: kwood1@bop.gov Add a unit price next to item you wish to provide a quote for, only items with quantities and unit pricing will be considered. Fill in the quote sheet and spreadsheet, return by no later than November 24, 2025. In addition please see the attached delivery instructions.
