This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of October 1, 2025 and October 17, 2025. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards) Period of Performance: October 1,2025 through October 17, 2025. Directions How to Provide Quote: Complete all attached documents. See the attached spread sheet file. Add a per unit price next to items you wish to provide a quote for, only items with quantities, unit pricing, and item description will be considered. Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files). In addition please see the attached delivery instructions. Each Item will be evaluated, an order of all the winning line for items will be considered by the government. The vendor must then review and return a signed order accepting the offer made within 2 business days, or the offer shall be considered withdrawn, and the government will move on to the next best value offeror. Quotes will be evaluated utilizing the evaluation of commercial items and Lowest Price Technically acceptable. The deadline for submitting a response to this combined synopsis /solicitation is August 18, 2025 7:00 am Central time.
