This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of dairy, milk, delivered weekly to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. The local food service administration will contact you weekly regarding quantities required for the upcoming week. Items required: see attached spreadsheet. Milk delivered in anything OTHER than a refrigerated truck will be REJECTED. Any milk that does not temp below 41 degrees will be REJECTED. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards) Period of Performance: October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 Directions How to Provide Quote: See the attached spreadsheet and quote sheet. Vendors shall submit all documents only to: Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, E-mail: kwood1@bop.gov Add a unit price next to item you wish to provide a quote for, only items with quantities and unit pricing will be considered. Fill in the quote sheet and spreadsheet, return by no later than August 18, 2025. In addition please see the attached delivery instructions. Items will be evaluated and an order with the winning items will be e-mailed to the vendor by the government. The vendor must then review and return a signed order accepting the offer made within 2 business days, or the offer shall be considered withdrawn, and the government will move on to the next best value offeror. Quotes will be evaluated utilizing the evaluation of commercial items and Lowest Price Technically acceptable. The deadline for submitting a response to this combined synopsis /solicitation is August 18, 2025 7:00 am Central time.
