This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of dairy, milk, delivered weekly to FCI Leavenworth Between the dates of August 5, 2025 and September 30, 2025. The local food service administration will contact you weekly regarding quantities required for the upcoming week. Items required: see attached spreadsheet. Milk delivered in anything OTHER than a refrigerated truck will be REJECTED. Any milk that does not temp below 41 degrees will be REJECTED. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards) Period of Performance: August 5, 2025 through September 30, 2025 See the attached spreadsheet and quote sheet.
