The Federal Bureau of Prisons ? Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Life Connections Program Facilitator and two Assistant Program Facilitators for the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, located in Leavenworth, KS. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The estimated number of sessions is four thousand five hundred (4,500) sessions for the base year and each of the option years. A session is defined as one hour. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about February 20, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov.
