All work described in these documents and all work necessary to complete the work as described or shown is to be executed in a thoroughly substantial and workmanlike manner. All work shall be done by persons who are thoroughly experienced in their particular trade or craft. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following description: The contractor awarded this project, for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Greenville, is responsible for providing all materials, installation, labor for the 2 new Roof Top Heaters and other listed equipment as determined by the COR (Contracting Officer Representative). The contractor is responsible for the following: Removing and disposing of (2) existing Reznor make up air units. (Refer to Division 02 – 2.1 Existing Reznor Heating & Ventilating Unit Specifications). Provide and install (2) new Roof Mounted, Indirect, 800,000 BTU (Natural Gas), 12,000 CFM, 2 Stage Heat, 460 volt 3 phase, Double Wall Construction, Fresh Air Damper (adjustable). Provide all sheet metal work and curb adapters associated with unit replacement. ? Provide all hoisting. ? Provide all trucking services associated with project. ? Provide all gas piping. ? Provide and install all temperature controls and control wiring. ? Provide all electrical work. ? Provide start-up, checks and commissioning of new equipment. ? New equipment must tie into our Building Management System. (Refer to Division 02 - 2.2 Existing Building Management System Diagrams). Contractor shall provide a manufacturer’s warranty, signed by an authorized representative of the company. The warranty must validate any repair or replacement of defective materials up to five (5) years at no additional cost to FBOP. Warranty period shall commence upon notification of successful Final Acceptance Testing.
