Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This acquisition is for various food items, set aside for small businesses, with delivery required to the Federal Correctional Complex in Florence, CO. Full delivery must be completed within 30 days after award. The contract is firm-fixed price, and vendors must include shipping in all pricing. Past performance is considered approximately equal in value to price and poor performance can result in a vendor being deemed non-responsible.
