This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Governement. A Government solicitation document to provide these products is being developed and an order may or may not result. The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price award resulting from the future solicitation. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information concerning this requirement will be distributed solely through the SAM.GOV website at http://sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The response date for the market research questionnaire is March 23, 2024. All responses to the Market Survey Questionnaire may be e-mailed to Brian Navarette at bnavarette@bop.gov.
