The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, intends to issue a single, Firm-Fixed Price award for the acquisition of Quarterly Milk FCC Florence FY22 QTR3 under solicitation: 15B40622Q00000020 This solicitation has been Set-Aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an “Active” status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. Instructions for Offer Submission: - Complete Block 17a, 30a, 30b & 30c and Schedule or Supplies/Services page on the SF-1449. - All offers shall fully Meet or Exceed the required specifications as provided. - Electronically submit offers to: FLP-Procurement-S@bop.gov, E-mail submission only. - Offers/Quotes must be received no later than March 16, 12:00 P.M. MST. - Offers MUST be valid for at least (10) calendar days after the closing of the solicitation - The Source Selection Process for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be Meets or Exceeds to the supplied specifications. All offers shall fully meet the Government requirement, and determination of acceptable offers will be made by the Government Subject Matter Expert. All offers/quotes MUST include any applicable shipping, handling, and freight charges to FCC Florence at the address listed in the solicitation.
