The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, intends to issue a Single-Award, Firm-Fixed Price, purchase order for the acquisition and shipping of: 12V UPS Battery Packs, Various Sizes, (See attached specification sheets) 12V Battery 12HX300-FR (or equivalent) 600 EA 12V Battery ES7-12 T2, (or equivalent) 190 EA 12V Battery ES35-12FT (or equivalent) 30 EA 12V Battery SYBTU1-PLP (or equivalent) 16 EA This acquisition has been Set-Aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an “Active” status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. The Source Selection Process for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the evaluation criteria shall be “Meets or Exceeds” to the supplied specifications. All offers shall fully MEET or EXCEED the Government Requirement, and determination of acceptable offers will be made by the Government Subject Matter Expert by comparing offeror’s quoted specifications to the Government Requirement. This solicitation is NOT set-aside for any brand name make or model. ANY manufacturer make/model which fully meets or exceeds the specifications provided by the Government may be considered. The attached specification sheets have been provided as an example of battery packs which will fully meet or exceed the Government’s Requirement. You may choose to quote the exact make/models, or you may choose to substitute with another make/model which meets or exceed the required specifications. ALL submissions SHALL include a manufacture specification/cut sheet for evaluation by the Government Subject Matter Expert. Determination of acceptable substitutions/equivalency will be determined by the Government Subject Matter Expert. **All offers/quotes shall include any applicable shipping, handling, and freight charges to FCC Florence at the address listed in the solicitation. ** Offeror’s shall use the supplied SF-1449 Request for Quote form that is attached this solicitation. All terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation will be applicable to the purchase order. The quote must be signed by the offeror at the time of submission. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications shall be applicable to this solicitation. **Any offeror who fails to provide a quote and specification sheet by the closing of the solicitation may be eliminated from the competitive range and deemed, “Unresponsive”.** Offerors shall utilize electronic mail (email) for submission of offers.
