The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Complex 5880 State HWY 67 South, Florence, CO 81226, intends to issue solicitation 15B40619QUP140239, for the requirements of Computer Swithces. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 5880 State Highway 67 South, Florence, CO 81226. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The solicitation will open August, 30, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The solicitation closes on September 5, 2019 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) after completion of delivery. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. The alternate for this solicitation is Butch Faoro Supervisory Contract Specialist at lfaoro@bop.gov. The anticipated award date is September 9, 2019. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This acquisition has been Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an "Active" status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. The evaluation criteria for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be "Meet or Exceed" to the supplied specifications. This acquisition is NOT a multiple-award, meaning all offerors must provide each line item. Individual line item awards will not be considered. Any offeror that cannot supply all line items will not be considered for award. All offers shall fully meet the Government requirement, and determination of acceptable offers will be made by the Government Subject Matter Expert. All offers/quotes shall include any applicable shipping, handling, and freight charges to FCC Florence at the address listed in the solicitation. Offeror's shall use the supplied Request for Quote form that is attached this solicitation. All terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation will be applicable to the purchase order. The quote must be signed by the offeror at the time of submission. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications shall be applicable to this solicitation. **Any offeror who fails to provide a quote for all line items at the time of submission may be eliminated from the competitive range and deemed, "Unresponsive".** Offerors shall utilize electronic mail (email) for submission of offers.
