This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Closes on August 15, 2019 at 12:00PM (Noon) MST. This acquisition has been Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an "Active" status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. The evaluation criteria for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be "EXACT MATCH ONLY" to the supplied specifications. All offers/quotes shall include any applicable shipping, handling, and freight charges to FCC Florence at the address listed in the solicitation. Offeror's shall use the supplied Request for Quote form that is attached this solicitation. All terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation will be applicable to the purchase order.
