This action is for the acquisition of emergency repairs, labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the 500KV A Transformer that supplies electrical power to the Administration Building, SHU, Medical, AW Complex, Control Center, and critical security infrastructure for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Englewood) in Littleton, Colorado. The replacement transformer has been procured and is being supplied by FCI Englewood. In addition, replacing the transformer, testing of the primary conductors shall be tested. **PLEASE SEE ATACHED JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION**
