The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Englewood intends to issue a single- award, firm fixed price purchase order for the accusation of three (3) heavy duty trailers. Each trailer must be equipped with the following: A steel towing loop (Pintle hitch) Steel deck 23 1/2” tall Solid pneumatic wheels/tires for heavy duty towing applications Four-wheel steering capability in order to allow for tight turns due to the small work area. Deck must be 48”x96” Aisle Width 111 navigation: A load capacity of 9,000 lbs The acquisition shall be “Meets or Exceeds” to the supplied specifications. All offers shall fully MEET or EXCEED the Government Requirement. This solicitation is NOT set-aside for any brand name make or model, ANY manufacturer make/model which fully meets or exceeds the specifications provided by the Government may be considered. However, all substitutions SHALL include a manufacturer’s specification/cut sheet for evaluation by the Government Subject Matter Expert.
