The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the supply of Hot Mix Asphalt for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Englewood. The requirement consists of four thousand four hundred (4400) tons of hot mix asphalt. Delivery/Trucking shall be the responsibility of FCI Englewood. All supplies must meet state required codes. The requirement consists of Hot Mix Asphalt - The hot mix asphalt design shall be ½” (SX-75 W/20% RAP{64-22}) Hot Mix Asphalt. The Asphalt shall leave the plant with a temperature between 290-320 degrees. Therefore the asphalt plant location shall be located within a 30-40 minute delivery area and must be capable of supplying up to 200 tons per hour. Application of the asphalt will be completed using equipment and labor provided by the FBOP (Federal Bureau of Prisons) from FCI Englewood located at 9595 W. Quincy Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. Please refer to the Specifications included in the solicitation posting for further details. The Government contemplates awarding of firm fixed priced purchase order resulting from the future solicitation. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the website at https://sam.gov.
