This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This package is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Englewood (FCI), Littleton, Colorado. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside utilizing the NAICS code 311999. This package contains all the necessary information required for submitting a quote. Awards will be made based on best value to the Government with price and past performance being factored into the determination.
