Federal Prison Camp Duluth, Minnesota intends to make a single award for Job Market/Adult Education Class at the Federal Prison Camp located at 4464 Ralston Drive, Duluth, Minnesota. The facility houses approximately 600 inmates, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 (Size Standard: $15.0 million). The contractor will provide an on-site instructor for 24 instructional 2-hour sessions per year. The instructional sessions will cover job interview skills, administering job surveys, and job exploration techniques. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of a five years duration. The anticipated contract is a five-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with the Statement of Work.
